Hi folks,
After
that last email, she was released from her cage.
She
was throwing her foot toys about and making a lot
of
noise at her incarceration so I could do that last
two
emails. She accepts my reading or watching TV or
anything
else without protest provided she can fly to
me
and see what it was all about before she go about
her
own things. Periodically she will fly over to
check
me out again or to tease me. But me at the the
PC
is an absolute no-no with her.
She
just got her headrubs and then I switched off the
lights
so she would allow me to carry her to her
bedroom
at the bookshelf to be put to sleep, with
final
caress of her head.

Every
night, before she sleeps, she will fly over to
me
and demand her pre-sleep headrubs. It was so
natural
that I thought nothing of it.
Until
one night when Mr Yu was over here. As that was
close
to Her Grace bedtime, I thought it will be a
good
time to show Yu what she liked. She was on the
edge
of the sofa and I was about to do her headrubs.
To
my surprise, Tink screamed and growled and flew
away
from me. She stayed on the ring and refused to
come
down to me. The moment Yu stepped out of the
door,
Tink immediately flew over to me, landed on my
chest
and demanded her headrubs. The only conclusion
I
can draw is that Her Grace felt that to be very
private
with me refusing even to allow Yu to see it
even
though she allowed him to put on the harness.
Not
only she liked her headrubs, she liked to sleep on
her
back on my hand while getting headrubs.
I
included some shots of her enjoying herself on her
ring
with me making it swing. She will claw about on
the
ring and flap about making it rotate as well.
You
see also in the photos two new harnesses I made
for
her in red and purplish blue. Why those colors?
You
got to ask my wife why she bought thick shoe laces
of
those colors. I wanted actually climbing line from
mountaineering
shop, soft and strong. But how to ask
for
a couple meters of line when they sell by the
hundred
meters. I decided to continue on with thick
soft
and comfortable shoelaces that my wife bought.
Those
two new harness took me a total of 20 (yes,
twenty
minutes) to do or 10 mins a harness. Less time
if
I did not take 5 to have a smoke in between. It is
that
easy. And if they show wear and tear after 5-6
months,
just make another.
Her
going out equipment now include a full can of
coffee
and a small plate, most conveniet to put
noodles,
veges, corn and human food within her easy
reach
when she stand on the Tinkerbell reel cum perch.
