Subject:  Tinkerbell at the nearby school

Hi folks,

The recent rains have kept me indoor and allowed me
the chance to collate more of my photos.

I have talked often of the school nearby.

You are most welcomed to my folder

The photos are taken with my Olympus E-100RS, a semi
SLR digital camera much dropped, watered and abused by
me. It still provide me with good shoots even though
there are cameras with mega pixels. My wife takes
most of the shots but I positioned and direct the
angle. All good shots are to her credit, anything
idiotic is immediately owned up to by moi.

The first few photos show the school from my window
and apartment rooftop. Then you get a series of
sequential shots at the front of the school.

I mentioned before that I fly Tinkerbell from the
staircase to the basement. This is a sequence she is
extremely fond of. I can see her trembling away with
control for my cue to "come to daddy!" for her to fly
to me.

Then you see the series of shots over what I call the
amphitheatre.

As I like to give her variety, we normally then move
on to the flight to the field.

You see yet again another shot of staircase to
basement. The light was not good and the distance too
great. But the end sequence was a gyrodrop. We never
got that when we positioned ourselves for that. When
we get to take that, she was just a smear of grey to
the camera. To me on the spot, that was just a
marvellous sight. (for gyrodrop see URL below)
http://www.geocities.com/shanlung9/w6gyrodrop.htm

She always vary her landings, from direct to shoulder,
to spirally down , to gyro dropping or a zig and zag
to amuse herself as in last sequence. But memory of
camera ran out so the ending is partial only but
enough for you to see.

Got to end now as Tink is raising a ruckus in her cage
for being locked there for 2 hours. Otherwise she will
fly to me and attack my mouse and chew on my keyboard
