Hi folks,
If you
are wondering why the old photos, yes, I am
trying
to get all those off my backburners as quickly
as
possible. Then I can continue with much more
recent
stuff. This PC will be shut down on 11 Oct
when
the movers get over to pack up. It may be
sometime
before the PC be unpacked and operational
again.
This
batch cover part of the trip made in Dec 2003
when I
wrote about "Tinkerbell at Chihpeng"
http://www.geocities.com/shanlung9/wchipeng.html
You are
all invitied to look at those photos in
Tinkerbell - Southern Cross HWY/ChiPeng
http://www.flickr.com/photos/shanlung/sets/696557/
If you
thought the photos you seen in my photos before
show
rugged mountains before, the South Cross Country
Highway
crosses even more extreme mountains. Later I
hope to
upload how the SCCH on the other side of that
high
pass. I did that stretch in autumn 2003 with my
other
two.
I am
amazed at how I flagellated myself in the past as
I
crossed that by walking over those roads.
It's so
difficult to get good shots in the strong
sunlight
above the cloud layer.
The
later part of the shots show
flights along a
bridge
with red handrails above the river running
alongside
of Chipeng hotspring
resorts.

warmest regards
